(a.k.a. Gojira)
During the Triassic -
Jurassic period lived a strange species of dinosaur that nobody
even knew existed. This species was known as Gojirasaurus. One of
the many meat-eating dinosaurs of that time. But when the
dinosaurs became extinct, one of the Gojirasauruses survived the
calamity and have been living on an island called Lagos. This
dino was discovered during 1954. After being shot down and
abandoned by American troops, the Gojirasaurus was supposedly
dead. But because of the H-Bomb testing on a nearby Bikini
Island, this dinosaur was mutated into Godzilla.

Godzilla (1-15)
Godzilla's original facts stay the same in the first fifteen movies; however, his appearance changed from movie to movie, mainly the loss of Godzilla's ears and the transformation from four toes to only three from King Kong vs. Godzilla and through the rest until movie sixteen.
Godzilla (16-17)
This second Godzilla arose from the Pacific Ocean in 1984 to start a second or Heisei series of the Godzilla films. Ignoring films 2-15, The Return of Godzilla was created to be a sequel to Godzilla, King of the Monsters, in which the first Godzilla was killed by the Oxygen Destroyer. The new Godzilla is larger, heavier, and more powerful than the first.
Godzilla (18-22)
The third Godzilla was a result of people
from the future who went back to alter time. In Godzilla
vs. King Ghidorah, the people from the future think
they're stopping the first creation of Godzilla by transporting a
Godzillasaurus to the ocean where the original Godzilla was. An
accident with a nuclear sub transforms the Godzillasaurus into a
Godzilla twice the size of, and far more powerful than the first
two Godzilla's.
Have you ever wondered how Godzilla breaths his atomic ray? Well I have the answer.
Pressure from the nuclear
reaction in Godzilla's stomach (point A) starts to rise to his
esophageal flap, (point B) with discharging energy through his
spikes (point C) which acts like an overflow guard on a bathtub.
After a good amount of pressure is built up in Godzilla's
stomach, the nuclear plasma is released past his esophageal flap,
Through Godzilla's throat and out his mouth creating Godzilla's
atomic ray.

If you heard about Godzilla's young (meaning his children), then you came to the right home page because here you can see their first appearances and get a monster profile on all of them. Let's start off with the hatchling and work our way up to junior.
BABY GODZILLA

MechaGodzilla II to save his son . the two disappear into Tokyo
Bay.
What happened to Baby Godzilla? He grew into
Little Godzilla.
Let's stop here for a minute. If you where ever wondering what a Baby Godzilla looked like inside the egg, and if it goes through a certain amount of stages, you're about to find out
When the egg of a Baby Godzilla is first
laid, the Baby Godzilla is nothing more than a glob. The glob is
stage one of the four. When it reaches stage two, it looks like a
small sea horse. At stage three, the Baby Godzilla starts
resemble a Hatched Baby Godzilla. After the Baby-G has reached
the fourth and final stage, the egg will be able to hatch up to a
week.

In Godzilla vs. Destroyah, Godzilla Junior fights Destroyah as changes stages, defeating the monster but not killing it. When Destroyah is in it's final stage, it is larger and more powerful than Godzilla Junior, and destroys him.
What happened to Godzilla Junior? Godzilla
junior's dead body was revived by the radiation released by
Godzilla's meltdown. From the infusion, Godzilla Junior was
transformed into a new, awesome, adult Godzilla.
Speaking of Godzilla's meltdown, here is a great sequence shot of Godzilla's Meltdown.
